Baby Shower-Part Two

This is Part Two of the Baby Shower post. If you missed Part One, you can check it out HERE!

Baby Shower

Baby Shower Part Two is going to be full of food and decorating deliciousness. I drove to Utah today to visit my siblings and I just kept thinking about this post and couldn’t wait to finally arrive at our destination, get my girls into bed and get to sharing with you!

So no more wasting time, let’s start at the most important table at any party. The dessert table!

Baby Shower

We served PINK popcorn, PINK lemonade cupcakes, marshmallows dipped in PINK chocolate and PINK sugar sprinkles. There were YELLOW lemon cakes and mini lemon cupcakes, and a gorgeous cake in white, PINK and YELLOW fondant.

I love, love, love the white ruffled tablecloth. Jamie found and ordered this online, it is so yummy and was the perfect finishing touch to the table. Trust me, the desserts were as good as they look;) I definitely ate enough of them to know!

The food of the non sugar variety was served up inside. Volunteers brought all kinds of salads (pasta, green, jello and fruit) to the shower and they were all so good. THANKS everyone for bringing such great food. The main course was chicken salad on croissants, also brought by a shower guest (thanks Trista!)

In keeping with our pink and yellow lemonade theme, of course we had…..you guessed it, PINK LEMONADE with YELLOW LEMONS in it.

The awesome fountain was provided by my Mom. The fabric banner is one of my favorite decorative pieces. I do adore banners and this one is so easy to make. I will post a tutorial later 🙂

Baby Shower

Of course we used more pics of the momma to be in pink chunky frames, and Jamie had such a great idea to put the utensils and straws in mason jars decorated in lace and tucked into cute pink little crates. Genius!

Baby Shower

We placed lemon slices and whole strawberries in a water jug, yummy and beautiful.

Baby Shower

I do love a Baby Shower. It is a party with such a fun energy with women getting together to celebrate a new baby on it’s way. Thanks for hanging on all the way to the end of this post, again, picture overload.  I luuuv babies, and I luuuv pink, and I adore Melissa the mom to be.

I hope you enjoyed all these pics, I sure enjoyed sharing them with you!!
