Peanut Butter Balls – Day 1
Today is DAY ONE of my 10 Days of Peanut Butter extravaganza! I am going on a diet, for real this time! How many times do we start diets to not finish them?!?! LOL! I have done it more than once for sure. But this time I am determined to see it through. But……before I begin said diet I have to get in some yummy, delicious, sugary treats. Peanut Butter is my one weakness of late. So here and now we commence the start of our journey through peanut butter land, lots of treats, I hope you enjoy the next 10 days. I know that I will!
Here they are in their glory, peanut butter balls. Lined up ready to be popped into someone’s mouth and chomped right up! They have a great texture and are not too sweet. You can dip them all the way in chocolate if you prefer, but for me that is a bit too sweet, so a drizzle is perfect.
These are delicious.
Let me know how it goes if you try them out, Peanut Butter goodness all around!
YUM!

I soo can’t wait to try these, I make these all the time, almost the same recipie, the only dif is I use 1 1/2 cups of coconut instead of graham crumbs, and I’m not a fan of coconut but I LOVEgrahm crumbs soo I’m very anxious to try this little change
I agree with you on the coconut, I like it sometimes, but graham cracker crumbs I like ALL the time! Let me know how it turns out for you!
