Things for Spring Decorations – Simple, Fun, and Cheap
Holidays are so much fun to decorate for. Spring time is especially that way since it is time to get rid of the winter colors and freshen up the decor in any room with bright colors and happy feeling decorations. These little things for spring help spruce up my family room where I teach piano, watch movies, and hang out with the family. What room do you spend the most time in? Is is bright and cheery? What can you do to liven it up for this time of year?
Below are a few pictures of my things for spring decoration ideas that are fun, simple, and very economical. Why spend big bucks when it’s unnecessary, right?
I found this wreath at JoAnn’s and it was not quite round, in fact…..it looked a little egg shaped to me! Egg shaped wreaths for Easter?! Seems perfect for Easter is this Sunday. I added some fabric flowers and a spring banner. Super duper easy and quick if you already have bright colored fabrics and some extra paper laying around. If you don’t have a JoAnn’s around try a Hobby Lobby or Michael’s, you’ll find a wreath that will work for you. What craft store do you prefer?
I searched on Pinterest for a great free printable and found one here.
I cut a butterfly shape from pink vinyl on my cricut and laid it over the top of scrapbook paper and then framed it. How simple is that? The sweet little ceramic bunny and greenery help fill in the space. I hope to paint the piano to a brighter color. Obviously, I will not just paint it for spring time but to brighten the room no matter what season it is.
Thanks for letting me share!
